This place is so amazing. The food is delicious. I honestly don’t feel like delicious even is suitable to describe how good it is...maybe scrumptious. Everything is so fresh. The croissants are crunchy, flaky, but yet soft. The carrot cake bread is hearty and moist. The avocado toast is to perfection and the candied waffles with the citrus ricotta is something for royalty. We went back again today (2 days in a row), if that tells you how good it is. We got the ham and cheese on a baguette and the key lime croissant. Dare I say, we will be back again tomorrow. To find a place that is consistently extraordinary day after day is a rarity. Whether you are a local or passing through town, don’t pass this place without stopping in for a delectable treat.
This place was great. Kinda pricy, but that’s to be expected anywhere around Jackson Hole. The food was good, Beef and Cheese Fries and some good rooibos tea.
Such a cute bakery/breakfast place. This was the strawberry rhubarb pastry. Our lattes were great! Was hungry and forgot to take pics of the breakfast sandwiches we got. I ordered the egg and ham croissant and it was tasty! Would go back again.
Great atmosphere, amazing coffee, delicious baked goods and food. My favorite was the bacon egg breakfast sandwich. They have lots of other items. Pricey but everything you get is high quality and it’s a very nice cafe. Just wish it was open longer!

Their breakfast options are fresh and full of flavor – perfect for a quick bite or a cozy meal. And the coffee? So good! You can tell they really care about quality here. Wow this place was amazing!!! The interior is so cute- I’m obsessed. We ordered a quiche and a ham and cheese croissant. Both were delicious. Also a pumpkin pie latte- one of the better lattes I’ve ever had. Everything was so good we got another ham and cheese croissant and a cinnamon brioche to-go. Highly recommend
Persephone is THE BEST! Mountain berry jam and huckleberry honey are huge fan favorites in our home! Can't forget to mention the croissant and the sourdough bread - simple, delicate, buttery, amazing! Oh my god and their seasonal lattes - pistachio latte and rose cardamom - DELISH! Like nothing I've ever tasted. Full of flavor but not to sweet or overwhelming. Oh and the gingerbread latte also amazing - not near as basic as it sounds and so much better than any other gingerbread lattes I have had. The locations are gorgeous inside - the seats/benches are comfortable, the delicate touch of the fresh flowers in the cutest little vases at each of the tables creates a cute and warming experience. Very cozy. The downtown location is cute and fun for the downtown vibes yet the WestBank location is much easier for parking and is larger inside being able to accommodate more guests.
